Bibs and onesies and bunnies, oh my!

I went to a baby shower on Saturday, so I whipped up some little gifts on my day off on Friday.
I used some of my fabric stash to embroider a onesie and make a little bib and stuffed bunny
Here are the patterns I used (the embroidery was free-hand)

Poseable Stuffed Toys?

I'm planning on crocheting a bear for a series of photographs I plan on taking, but will need the bear to be poseable (and stand on its own). I'm wondering what would be the best thing to use within its stuffing? I usually stuff my crocheted toys with polyester fiber fill, but am looking for suggestions for the following:
1. Weights for the feet, so the bear can stand on its own.
2. What to use to make the bear poseable. Wire? Pipe cleaners?
Also, where can I find the materials I'd need?
Thanks in advance. :)

I'm on a roll with Mexican inspired purses and such. I had beaded/sewed the sequins on and added the little rose decal. Outer material is a black denim. Lined with rose fabric and a lined sugar skull pocket on the inside.
Tote bag is about 14 inches deep.
