Hello all!

Anyone have a good source for chainette fringe with a wide color selection and cheap prices?  I'm making a burlesque costume that is flapper dress-like.

Magnets made from bottle caps, resin, and glitter.

If anyone has tips on how to laminate paper so that the resin doesn't get in, let me know. (Basically it needs to be waterproof.) I've been using clear postage tape, and it's really tedious and time-consuming and doesn't always work that well.

P.S. thank you sparrows07 for the helpful tutorial that taught me how to do this.

Dress!

I finished my first dress ever! The back is a tad wonky, but I think it'll fix itself once I sew a hook & eye at the top of the zipper. I also still need to hem it, and lose about 2 inches around my waist for this to be comfortable (I can wear it as is right now, but it feels like a corset around my waist XD). YAY SPRING!
