I didn't make this, but [livejournal.com profile] lycanthrophile did for me and I thought I'd show off her work. :)

Shot of him during sunset, in my towel closet. And outside in good light.

Joined intending on just lurking, but I was inspired and now I've finally finished a piece I'm quite proud of. It's just a kit bracelet from a special at Spotlight, but I think it turned out really well. I'll wear it around uni and see if I get any (good or bad) reactions I think.

This is my second attempt at any kind of stitching and the first posting about it )

Hi guys sorry this is a text only question I was just wondering about embroidering baby onesies. I'm having a baby in september and would like to give them some unique clothing (especially as they're being born into what's going to be a very martial arts filled life so that's just screaming for some ninja stuff!) but I was wondering about how to do it? Surely if I stitch straight onto it there's going to be all the knots etc on the back that will irritate the skin? It will be hand embroidered not machine done, any advice you guys have would be just amazing please as I'd really like to not irritate baby's skin and I am completely clueless about this having been in a relatively baby free environment until now! I have looked through the faqs etc but I'm being extremely dens if it is there so sorry if this has already been asked!
Thank ye!

(also if you feel like it any baby craft ideas would be awesome to wanna make this baby feel as loved and unique as possible :P)

Does anyone know where I can find a dress pattern similar to this one?

I have been working on this hatbox all weekend and really love how it turned out. In fact, I think my hat collection never had it so good. I'm just waiting for the faint paint smell to fade before I put my hats in it. Check it out:

Some 7 dollar shoes I bought this weekend. I took the sharpies and paint markers to them:

Hey craftgrrls!

This post is rather imagey.

More exoticism and some springtime florals. )

Thanks for looking! And happy crafting. <3
