Lariats/Phone Straps with Split Rings?

Does anyone know where I can find lariats/phone straps with 10mm split rings in multiple colors (outside of eBay/Etsy)? I'm having trouble finding straps with the bigger size 10mm split rings to make some crafts. Wholesale places are fine since I need a bunch of them. Any help would be appreciated!
