Felt + Button Flowers

One of my best friends (a very crafty girl herself) is getting married and wanted some memorable bouquets so she asked me to help her make some flowers from felt and buttons.



The wedding colors are white, brown and green. All in all we were able to make 6 bouquets (4 bridesmaid, 2 flower girl), and 5 boutonnieres (4 groomsmen, 1 ring bearer) for less than $50 total! Also, surprisingly relaxing to do in front of the TV.

So I know I just posted two rings made from old spoons, but the rings only used the long skinny part of the spoon handles. Leaving me with the top parts of the handles, and the actual spoon bowls themselves leftover. I have no idea yet what to do with the bowl parts, but the upper handles I turned into pendants :)





The first one has a blue chalcedony & the second is a black onyx.

Yay more spoons!
