Before - Worn and dirty after 30+ years of living in a smoker's home. (I had already removed the doors when I took this photo, so they were just holding on magnetically, so that's why they look sorta off)

After - Tops & sides are blending rainbows. The musicbox inside plays "Rainbow Connection" :) I was originally gonna do bright colors, but I just figured that was too typical of me, so I went with a more muted color scheme.

The mask alone (not including hair) is 7 inches tall and 5.25 inches wide.

Mask with hair measures 14 inches long

The face itself is then sealed in a satin varnish to protect it,

My son asked me to make him something that would hold his mechanical pencils and fancy pens and I searched for fabric that didn't say girlie all over it and found some trippy Beatles Yellow Submarine print and here it is.

I had enough left over to make my Beatles loving niece a cosmetic bag too, more photos here. )

Hola! I think I've posted in the community a looong time ago, but I wanted to become active again. :) Here is a hat I made to wear to a fashion show.

I gathered some black satin fabric, beaded the top, and stuck a purple peacock feather on it!
