MORE DEER FIGURINES and a tiny Zim and Gir :D

some more little deer figurines, i made from sculpey clay and then painted with acrylic paint. they're all entirely handmade, i never use molds. i don't like using armetures either :x

there is Pink Sugar playing with her friend. i was doing a series of nine "sugar deers" each one scented a different thing plus sugar (pink sugar and blue sugar are scents themselves, though). and the blue deer, i scented like blue sugar, but then i realized it was the wrong body, that's not the look i wanted for blue sugar. so i just made her an extra not part of the series. i love her colours!

the blue deer, she appears to be wrong, i know i pictured her next to a "quad" deer, but the blue one can stand upright. i sculpted her again standing up to show what i mean!

i've been so busy, but i wanted to pop in and share some of my new stuff. i don't think i've posted any of these yet, er, i hope not? xD

So I was feeling a bit crafty on Tuesday. The fact that I had a craft meet up probably helped with that!  My best friend cross stitches so we had a crafty sleep over and stayed up until 5:30AM to work on crafts!

Cowboy bag

I've been making handbags for about three months now.  This is the second of three cowboy bags I'm making (the first, the prototype, is here). The third is almost complete as well (outer fabric identical to this second one, but a different lining and different colour strap).   All have external pockets on the sides for sunglasses etc, a stiffened internal divider to create space to carry netbooks/iPads etc, and internal pockets.

Ok. I'm really sorry for the dumb question but I can't find my answer.

What kind of painting is it where it's all black and the picture is blank space? Does this make sense?
