My Week After The Gem Faire

I went to the Gem Faire last weekend and found a lot of wonderful things. I have ideas for everything I scored there (the luscious peridot, the haunting freeform amber, the jasper with a moon scene that looks as though it has been painted there by Mother Nature), and wish that I could instantaneously create everything I have in my mind, but I only have so many hours to play in a week so this is what I have come up with so far:

Sun & Moon


I have been looking around for just the right bead to use as the sun, and I think I found it with this gorgeous citrine. I actually bought an entire strand of mixed coin beads just to have two of these gorgeous sun-like stones. Now to figure out what to do with all of these amethyst, prehnite,rose quartz, and sub-par citrine coins I have left over. Ideas?
