I teach first grade and am looking to get a paper cutter. Many of the reviews on amazon say they are infrequent users. I doubt I'd be using it every day, but at least 2 times a week. Some reviews have freaked me out saying that some blades rip instead of cut - which is no good for me if I made copies and need them to be cut very precisely.

Do you have a paper cutter? Do you like it? I'm trying not to spend over 50 or so dollars. I want to keep it around the 12'' range as to not take up so much room in my tiny classroom.

So far I'm considering:

Suggestions/advice?

My Ravelry page for this project is here and I also posted it on my blog (with a bit more talking to myself because eeeh, Hobbes) here. Friends or followers on either are always lovely!
