HELP: Perfect Present for a Perfect Boy

Help! I'm making Christmas gifts this year, as usual, and I'm stumped as to what fantastic thing I can create for my best guy friend. This boy means the world to me, so it can't be anything that I just think of off the top of my head. Do any of you have suggestions? He's almost nineteen, and very renaissance man-like. Loves art, books, music. And my crafty skills are willing to tackle pretty much anything :) Thanks Everyone!
