ATC question

i live in las vegas, a pack of playing cards of the right dimensions are $1, and trading card sized porn cards are handed out all over the strip. so i have all of these trading card bases to use, but . . .

what is the best way to mount things to glossy cards? rubber cement and glue sticks are out, as is elmers, tacky glu, and modge podge. all i can think of now is spray adhesive, and we all know what a beast that is. any and all suggestions are welcome.
