craftgrrlso i made a little bulletin board out of 9 aol tin bottoms. it's a magnet/cork board.
here's a pic:
i glued the tins together in a checkerboard pattern and sprayed paint the ones facng up, and added cork stuff to the ones facing down. it's super rad. it's not *quite* finished, i need to touch up some paint and glue some stubborn cork parts down, but i couldn't wait to take a picture and share this. i made mine with 9 tins, since they've been piling up, but it'll work just as well with 4, or even 2 (for a locker sized one, hehe). if i end up making another i think i'll paint it black and white, checkerboard style for a friend ^^
