A few questions
Nov. 13th, 2003 02:40 pmSorry, guys. I know there's been a lot of "help me with this present!" posts, lately, but I like to take the word of actual crafters over some Yahoo site.
I am, like a lot of you, poor this Christmas season, but I have so many people I want to give gifts to. So craft time it is!
- I have tons of wax that is leftover from various candles, but, of course, since it's a mishmash, it's kind of brown. Any way to dye the wax without paying $123901838 or just adding more black wax? I don't care if it's black, just anything but brown.
- Anyone had any success scenting baby oil, or know how to make scented massage oil? Anyone know about making chocolate body paint? (tehe)
- Those chocolate dipped spoons you use for stirring coffee or hot chocolate.. Do you just melt the chocolate, dip, and let it harden? (I have little experience with chocolate, other than eating it, obviously) Does it work with white chocolate?
- Any good recipes for crunch n munch type stuff? My cousin made some once and it was good, but I've also had really REALLY bad stuff.
- If you are an all-pro crocheter/knitter, how would you feel about receiving something crocheted/knitted from someone just learning?
I had more question, but now I forget :(
