I was thinking of making something that could hold a tealight and would have a pretty picture/design/something that will glow when the light is lit. The three things I've been thinking of using were shrink film, or translucent clay in some shape or other, or some sort of paper. Will the heat from the candle warp the shrinky or melt the clay? And how can I make the paper safe to put near the candle (if I can at all)?

I am a complete amateur with this so I appreciate your assistance, particularly if you use small words. ;)
