craftgrrlI just bought a bunch of yarn on sale at michaels, and a learn to knit and learn to crochet book. I figure it'll help me pass the time on the drive to Oregon for thanksgiving and once I'm at the cabin (where I'm going with my boyfriend's family). I was thinking of making a scarf or an afghan for a first project -- which one do you recommend as a beginning project?
