it's a belated birthday present for my sister

i bought a pair of barely worn cords from a thrift store, some fabric squares from the leftover bin, some felt, and a strip of velcro. homestarrunner is made of pieces of felt and the detailing is all stitched and i glue gunned him on cause i'm a little lazy.
