A lil help.

Heyo, I need some SUGGESTIONS. For Christmas, I am making my dad a clock for his garage. I'm using parts of an old clock that I have and a rim that I found in the parking lot. He loves cars, so I thought he would appreciate it. What could I possibly use as number markers?!? I know I can't leave it just all blank because I know it will drive him batty.
