Skirt madness!

I've been on a big skirt making kick recently and here's the first two skirts to have made it to the wearable stage:







This one is out of canvas printed with a blue and green pomegranate-type brocade pattern. I engineered this one to sit lower on my hips than the pattern called for. The pattern is extremely easy. This skirt took about 45 minutes to make, from cutting to sewing. I definitely recommend this pattern!



I want to make more skirts, but unfortunately, other projects are in the way. Bleh.
