Stuff I've been making
Dec. 5th, 2003 09:19 amI've made a bunch of stuff out of sculpey recently..as well as some christmas curtains
I've made so many of these clay santas as ornaments for people's trees :/ The more maroon ones are ones i made this morning for my friend and her family, since they're doing the tree thing tomorrow. One santa for each of them.

This is what one looks like hanging on our tree.

I attempted to make myself a snowman, which i was going to turn into a pin, but never did, and then the side of his hat broke off when i dropped him on the floor :( you can see the crack.

This is the reindeer pin i made my mom

I made this purple rose pin for a friend of my mom who *loves* roses, and her favorite color is purple. I didn't intend for it to be sparkly, but that was the only purple clay i had.

This was a cow i attempted to make for myself, since i love them so much :/ I had a sampler of a bunch of different colors of sculpey....and the translucent type sure does appear close to white :/ I didn't realize my error until after it was cooking, and then i cooked it too long, so it's a tan cow.

And these are the curtains i made. They're very basic pattern, but they look alright, i guess, and yes, the windows could stand to be washed :/
