Scarf Blocking

craftgrrlHi! Im a newish knitter, and have a big question
I am knitting this scarf knit one row, purl one row..and the edges are REALLY curling in..
will i be able to block it? does everything block flat? its basically acrylic yarn, so im not afraid to wet it or anything.. but i just want to make ssure it will block before i finish it!
help!
