I have decorated my Christmas tree and I am really happy with it. I will try to get some pictures of it. I have made and/or my relatives have made half of the ornaments on the tree.

I also covered a pastic, gold star from the Dollar Tree with papier mache, stuck in three decorative silvery buttons and covered it in silver paint and silver micro-glitter. I accidentally got too much glitter on the star despite having made tons of papier mache stars in the past and used micro glitter(gold) before, and now the buttons don't show up so much. Still I like it better than before.

I also hung up a garland that I made from old plastic bead necklaces I purchased at thrift stores and yard sales. That doesn't make it sound good but it is really colorful and pretty.
