glue and paper question
Dec. 6th, 2003 06:40 pmhi; i'm working on a book for my bf's christmas gift.
it consists of each page printed out on photo paper (for good quality) and i'm going to be glueing them onto black paper (so the backs of the pages -- only fronts have images/text -- will be black instead of white and say "canon / epson", etc.)....
anyway, my question -- i'm trying to start glueing pages down already (as in right now, since at this moment i'm cutting the pages). i was wondering if a plain ol' gluestick would be strong enough to hold the photo paper backing to black paper (same thickness and such as printer paper, but black). if not, then what other glue should i use? i would use rubber cement, but i ran out. =X and i was thinking of using elmer's glue mixed with water or mod podge, but my past experiences have led me to my conclusion that paper wrinkles and this glue shouldn't be used on it.
any suggestions?
