Im having a problem with my damn sewing machine... so for any of you who sew, i will LOVE you if you could help me out...

When i sew, the thread on the bottom of the fabric ( coming from the bobbin) is all snarled & loose.
Im assuming this has something to do with the tension being off, but ive turned every damn knob on the machine and its not helping.

Please help me before i heave the piece of shit out the window!
