Decoupaged Altoid tin
Dec. 16th, 2003 09:57 pmOkay, so I had this small whitman's sampler tin- its just like the hinged altoid tins but it's deeper. Anyway, so I am making a thing for my bf, and I stuck images clipped out of victoria's secret all over it, but now it is very hard to close and even harder to open (because I decoupaged the sides completely)
Is there a way I can fix this or do I just have to deal with it? Once i had to pull so hard to open it that the top of the tin came off the little hinges O_O
I really can't scrap the project because I don't have another catalog with the same images in it (these were PERFECT) so I'd really like to know if I'm just going to have to "deal" or if mayyybe there's a way to fix it.
Oh, also, I used Plaid "Royal Coat" decoupage finish for it, if that makes a difference.
