Stains ? HELP!

craftgrrlI just finished sewing a cute little tote from this green vintage fabric that I got while thrifting and realised that there was black spots/stains on them. The fabric is a textured cotton and I think the stains are either ink or dye stains ?
Is there anyway to get rid of them ? They aren't very obivous but maybe it's because most of the lights in our apartment is broken. :/
