craftgrrlIn more monster fur related news, I found this website which claims to have a method for dyeing such fur!
The fur I have needs to become bright red. The fabric store I went to didn't have it in red but claimed a regular dye (not RIT, but the other one that has the word "gold" in it..) would do the trick.
LIES! It came out cotton candy pink, which is nice as a liner for some of my other projects but just wouldn't do for a Pen-Pen hat.
Tomorrow, I plan on going out and getting some fabric paint and I'll tell you all how it goes whenever it's all finished.
