I don't know if these have been discussed here before, but these bowls are a piece of cake to make. All the decoupage is on the outside of the bowl. Just use a clear glass bowl or dish and do the first layer of images facing the inside. Cover that with a few layers of acrylic paint in one color. Once that dries, add a few more layers of paint in a contrasting color. Then do the final layer of images on the outside.
:) Just be sure never to stick it in a dishwasher or immerse it in the sink. I usually cover mine with polyurethane, but even with that I only wipe the outside down with a damp cloth.
