craftgrrlHello all! Today I went to this amazing little asian mall, and they have the coolest clothes ever! The strange thing is, I wasn't allowed to try clothes on, but my friend figured they would fit me. I am not as petite as the target market!
When I got home, one of the sweaters was a little too small, but it is so fantastic, I can't give it away! Its a fabric of a tshirt like knit, do you think its possible just to cut it up the center, and sew in a zipper, to give a little more room? Or would it turn out to be a giant disaster. The sweater was only $10 so it wouldn't be too too heartbreaking if it didn't work, since i wouldn't wear it anyway - its skintight!
Secondly, I bought another amazin zip-up sweater for $15! I couldn't try it on, it fits though (it all seems so strange why it couldn't be tried on!). The problem is, once I got home, the zipper broke! Just the slider, it sort of broke in half. Is there a way I can fix this myself? (probably not!) If I took it somewhere, to say a shoe repair shops or something of the like, would it be possible for them to fix it? Oh, I don't know, but I'm so upset!!! Thanks for any information that can be provided!
