alright. i am making a purse that looks like

I bought fabric, and its kinda weak fabric. like shirt fabric. I never made anything other than a heart, with sewing stuff. the liner stuff is orange and the outside is green.

the bowl and the oranges, i bought felt to match the colors of the bowl and the oranges in the picture.

the green fabric that i bought is dark green.

and the whole reason I'm making this purse is because one of my favorite songs is called "bowl of oranges" by bright eyes... and i'm not sure if there is anything else i can do to make this cool. i don't usually use purses but if i like this one then i will use it.

any ideas on how to sew this thing? my mom has a crappy little sewing machine but i dont think she'll let me use it unless i beg so much. i don't mind hand sewing. but i just dont know how to put it together or anything basically.

any other ideas on how to make the bag more creative or something?

anything will be appreciated.
