glitter onto tshirts

craftgrrlI havee this thursday muscle tank that i bought 2 years ago. I wanted to touch it up a bit and put glitter on to the letters and the star and such but I ahve no idea how to do. I have searched communities high and low for an idea on how to do it and I haven't really had much luck. Could you guys think of anything that could help me out here?
