For Christmas, my mom gave me a big ol' Cropper Hopper, which I love. But the model I got was missing this suitcase thing that you could attach to the side. I went on their website to see if I could order it there, but they don't sell it separately (at least not on their site). While I was there, though, I saw all these great organizers and quickly filled up my shopping cart. But then I remembered how much I spent on Christmas, so I closed the site without buying anything.

Fast forward to yesterday. I went to Office Depot to make some copies for my class (I teach a the University of Delaware) and while wandering through the aisles I found these awesome clear plastic organizers. One is about the size of a book and about an inch and a half high. The inside is divided into all of these little squares - the perfect size for organizing eyelets. The cost? Three dollars. I found another organizer almost exactly like it, only larger. Inside there is a row of small squares and the otherside has longer openings, like twice the size of the squares. In the smaller squares I put things like jewels, alphabet beads, and brads. In the larger openings I put small tags, decorative wire, Making Memories eyelet sayings, etc. The cost? Less than five dollars.

I also bought this desktop drawer unit that's black plastic with three clear drawers ($11). In the bottom drawer I put my Sizzix dies. In the middle drawer I put all my punches. And in the top drawer I put all of my Creative Memories cutting things (I have all of the different shapes and they ALL FIT!).

Total cost for these three items? Under $20. Much better than what I was about to spend on the Cropper Hopper site.

Now, if I can only figure out a way to organize my fibers ...
