hey, look at my box!

My boy's birthday is tomorrow. I've been working on his last gift all day..and here it is. I bought a keepsake box from Joanns for like, 3 dollars, and wanted to make it more "Anthony-esque". A while ago, I was looking at the Crackers + Honey website (which is awesome), and I fell in love with the brown purse w/ the bright green apple that says "easily bruised" ..I thought Anthony would like it too, but obviously I wouldn't buy him a purse. So instead, I took the design and painted it onto the top of the keepsake box. I added wooden stars, which I also painted green.
For the inside of the box, I painted it black, and on the bottom I painted random silver swirls and glued in some wooden hearts that I painted with sundry designs & words. My question is...the top of the inside is quite plain (just black) and I wanted to add something to it..
I have sooo many craft supplies. from marbles, magnets, acrylic paints, felt, misc. fabric, mirrors, more wooden cut outs...ALL kinds of things. So please feel free to suggest anything that comes to mind. Please please PLEASE help me:) I have to get this done by tonight!! Thank you all sooo much in advance:)
p.s: sorry for the awful webcam pics!
