Hi all! I'm new to this community... I'm looking forward to learning how to do more crafts because I have way too much time on my hands, heh.

Okay, I'm going to ask a question, if that's alright: Has anyone customized their own bookcovers? I'm talking about the stretchy 'book socks' for textbooks... Since I don't like the patterned ones, I got a few solid color ones and I want to put something on the front to make it 'my own'. I have a few ideas (I've been stenciling on pieces of fabric and I thought that I'd just sew it onto the book covers... I can remove them by taking away the thread), but I want to see if there's anything better before I start anything. By the way, does ink bleed on those things?
