I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

I am dying in my disorganized, cluttered, neutral apartment. The furniture placement is wrong, the colors are wrong, everything is wrong. It's like someone took it and shook it like a snowglobe. The silver is mixed with the gold.

I'm willing to do all the dirty work. But I need your advice! Please tell me your favorites, or examples of creative ways you've decorated your house that you are really proud of and love showing off.
