Using Herbs in Candles

craftgrrlI just bought basil and thyme fragrance oils for candle making. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried incorporating fresh or dried herbs in their candles? I was thinking about placing fresh herbs in the molds before I pour the wax in or mixing in bits of dried herbs while I'm melting.
