craftgrrlquestions about MOD PODGE
1. how different is it from decoupage? do you use each for something different?
2. whats the best way to use it.. right now im putting newspaper on a dresser..how do i get the least amount of wrinkles
3. is it the same thing as watered down glue? or is it better
