Quilling

I just tried out quilling for the first time earlier today.
It wasn't so bad. Does anyone here do any quilling?

These are some roses i made:




I made the one on the left for my mom, obviously :/ The other was sort of Valentine's Day themed, i guess. I also took side views to show the 3D nature of it. I have no idea what to do with either of them. The paper is a bit too tall to fit into a frame.....and even though they're sort of bookmark shaped, they wouldn't work as bookmarks either. I guess they'll just be sit around dust collectors, and next time i'll know to use skinnier paper.
