Thanks for your comments about the bracelet I was making. What I ended up doing was cutting out the piece I wanted to show and rolling it up and using modpodge to seal it. I work in a craft store so I tried to find those one inch bracelets samia was talking about, but to no avail.

But it worked out in the end, so thank you!

I have one more question for the sewers here. I have a pair of jeans that are too short for me so I was thinking about making it into a skirt instead, and I was wondering how you go about that exactly? Do I just split the seams on the legs and insert the material there? Seems too easy, haha.
