Long time viewer, first time poster!
Feb. 4th, 2004 12:27 amHi! Have been admiring your handiworks from the corner quietly, and must say, you're a talented and imaginative bunch of persons! Not very crafty myself, but not to say that I don't try :)
Anyway, V-day is around the corner and since quite a few of my friends (including myself) are single, I thought it'd be nice to make them little chocolate boxes:
Now these little origami boxes are originally meant to have a Hershey's Kiss placed inside them, but the problem is that I can't seem to find somewhere that sells them (here being Melbourne, Australia). I pondered hand molded chocolates wrapped in cellophane, but considering the amount of these things I have to make and the time it takes to fold each one (the paper is a wee bit difficult for my unskilled fingers) it's not really an option. Can anyone suggest what I might fill these things with instead of kisses?
(btw, they're not big enough to fit Lindt balls, it'd have to be something around the size of a H.Kiss...)
