wholesale tees?

i checked the FAQ, didn't find the answer there--

does anyone know of a good t-shirt/undies/hoodies wholesale website? and i mean soft vintage-feel women & men's items, not the stiff hanes or fruit of the loom or anything of that sort. and preferably a website that doesn't need a tax id?

i know there's american apparel, but they only sell retail to individuals and their retail has become ridiculously expensive. thanks in advance!
