craftgrrlmy mother is taking a trip to florida tomorrow, to see our family there. she requested two bags to give to my younger cousins, rachel and samantha.
samantha is 12, and reportedly has started to become "goth" in her taste in clothing. she's also a very serious little girl, and so I made her a dark, more adult-like bag using black and gunmetal colored seed beads. it also has hematite accents and jet czech beads for the fringe dangles and strap.
rachel is very not-gothlike. she's into typical 14 year old girl things..cheerleading, clothes, pop music and boys. so I made her a bag using a mixture of very light transparent peach and pink beads, with peach bicones and pink crystal rondells for the fringe accents and dangles.
the pics don't pick up the colors very well..the bag looks pinker in person.
