Bottle cap mirrors

craftgrrlI've collected A LOT ot bottle caps and found a few things I'd like to try like this
Any ideas on what to use for this? I can't tell from this picture what they used to put the caps on. Anyone have any ideas? It would have to be something fairly rigid.
Then of course is the other issue...how to affix it to the mirror.
