craftgrrlit's my cousins birthday in a few weeks...and i want to make her a present. she's going to be 2.
i bought some giant jingle bells a while ago and would like to use these in whatever i make.
all i can think of is a tambourine kind of thing made out of felt, with the bells around the edge.
anyone got any other ideas??
