hollowing out books

craftgrrlHas anyone tried to hollow out a book before? You know, so that the book becomes a little box? I'm trying to do this, but I don't remember where I've seen some sort of instructions on how to. I'm fine with cutting the pages, but how am I supposed to glue them together??
