purse & magnets

i knit a purse a few months ago, it turned out well except the strap is boing-y.

my friend made me some magnets for christmas.

i didn't have a pattern for the purse, i just knit a panel about the width i wanted it and folded it over to make a pocket of sorts. i stitched up the edges and left enough for a flap to close it...then i made a loophole somehow (sorry for being so vague, i'm a really kinesthetic knitter) and sewed on a pearl colored bead as a fastener. knit the strap and voila!

i don't know anything about the magnets, i'd assume some kind of craft clay. i love them!!! they're so adorable...any questions could be addressed to juniperpearl, i suppose. :)
