feathers everywhere!

I looked through the FAQ about this but didn't see anything, so I am hoping someone here has some ideas.

I have a down feather blanket for about a year and it is leaking feathers like crazy. At first I thought, hey its new it will stop. It hasn't. I checked it for holes and cannot find any. The feathers are just coming out the material. And they are everywhere.

I have done everything I can think of but with no success. I have tried washing it and putting it in the dryer to get rid of the "extra" feathers - no luck. I have two duvet covers on it going opposite directions - no luck.

Any ideas? Does anyone else have this problem?
