hey I need some help.

I found a shirt on delias webpage that I really like. I would buy it, but I think I could make it.




I bought a tank top at a thrift store today, I was thinking I could cut the part on top I don't need, and find some strechy lace for the top part. So when I wear it my shoulders are showing. Cute huh?

well, does anyone know where I could get strechy black lace? Has anyone seen it in stores before?

I think this would work well with other strechy fabric too. I'll see.
