Help, Please!
Mar. 6th, 2004 05:42 pmHot Topic is selling these Harry Potter t-shirts and I really love the Sirius Black design on the front. I've taken it and made it into a stencil (here's the shirt for a visual). Since I'm more of a jacket person, I bought an orange jacket at Rave for only $2.99 (marked down from $12.99 with no defects!) and I'm planning on stenciling the design across the back. Now I'm not quite sure how I'm going to do it.
The shirt was originally black with a light brown patter, so how am I going to make it work on orange (for that escaped convict look, heh). Should I paint black on the jacket first and then stencil the thing in on white? Or should I just do black? Or perhaps just white? Perhaps I should paint it on some black fabric and then sew the patch onto the jacket. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance, folks.
