two questions
Mar. 10th, 2004 08:59 amI'm a pretty experienced seamstress, and I have two questions:
1) When I make a hem on a knit fabric, like a shirt, the hem is always bubbly and ruffly. I try not to stretch it or anything and I use the longest zigzag possible, so it nearly resembles a straigh stitch. Any ideas?
2) Is it worth it to buy Simplicity's belly dancer costume? Is there anything complicated in it that I can't invent on my own, like weird darts in the choli top?
