i know everyone does it but i think this is a little different as i already have ideas of my own guess i'm just lookin for opinions

my mom bought this for my sister because she's a wizard of oz fiend.

she couldn't see forking out the money for the matching bag though so she asked if i wanted to be creative. so here's what i'm thinking. i can leave it plain *i'm not a real plain person* i can transfer on some fabric and make a bag or i can stencil and make a bag. however my sister's not a handbag type of person she's more over the shoulder type. so i was wondering if you ladies and occasional gentlemen have any ideas?
